I want to build a house.

I drive past these eco houses every week http://www.hockertonhousingproject.org.uk/, and now I am about done at uni I am thinking about where I want to live.  With house prices being so high, I really dont want to pay £150k for a dismal semi on a street full of people I will probably hate.

So I want to build a detached, sustainable, modernist house in the middle of nowhere.  This is not going to be easy, or cheap.  However, paying a fortune for a shithole will destry my soul, and this is the kind of life goal I need to get me out of bed in the morning 😉
